Class Descriptions

Classes offered:

Thriving Through Yoga – A class specifically for those who experience pain, limited mobility, living with a disease or condition or who may describe themselves as a little broken. Our current group is working with MS, Parkinson Disease, Stroke, Breast Cancer, Arthritis, Depression, Hip Replacement. Suitable for all levels and experience.

Gentle/Restorative Yoga – Suitable for all levels and experience. A class to replenish the energy reserves. A class that will help you find relaxation in both body and mind. Drop ins welcome.

Yoga & Aromatherapy – All levels welcome as we explore movement and breath while incorporating essential oils into the class. Because the sense of smell is so powerful, it can change uplift our mood and deepen relaxation, thereby creating a unique yoga practice.

Multilevel Yoga – Suitable for all levels and experience. Experience stretch, calm, movement and breathe. A class that will also help you find relaxation and softness in both body and mind.

Exploring Meditation  – We will dive into the science and philosophy off meditation to better understand why it is beneficial to us and why. And we will try on 7 different meditation methods to see which one feels right for you.

Gentle Yoga – Suitable for all levels and experience. A class to replenish the energy reserves and help you find relaxation in both body and mind.

Chair Yoga – A yoga class done sitting in a chair. Traditional yoga movements and strengthening for those with limited mobility, injury or working their way down to a mat.
